1. In order to travel with ESTRAM, it is necessary to pass through the turnstile with a valid pass card. It is obligatory to show identity to the personnel in charge, when being asked, for those who use discount tickets or free pass cards.
    2. The free pass cards or discount cards of those who attempt to travel using the card of somebody else is impounded.
    3. Although not having the right for discount or free pass, those who attempt to pass are being warned and not allowed to travel by ESTRAM.
    4. Those who do not carry their free pass cards or discount cards are considered as passengers without ticket.
    5. The children below the age of six, on condition that traveling with their parents, have the right for free pass.
    6. On the platforms and inside the vehicle:
      -It is forbidden to endanger the human life
      -It is forbidden to disturb other passengers by sleeping or leaning against them.
      -It is forbidden to occupy more space than that reserved for one passenger. Noise is not allowed.
      -It is not allowed to litter or spit.
      -It is not allowed to use mobile phonesloud enough to disturb other passengers.
      -It is not allowed to travel drunk or in conditions that is not suitable for traveling.
      -It is forbidden to drink or eat any kind of food or drinks.
      -It is forbidden to sit or wait at the platforms for a long time, except for traveling purposes.
      -It is forbidden to place posters or distribute handbills for individuals, corporations or institutions unless given permission. The permitted posters, notices, bills etc. can not be damaged.
      -Mass demonstrations, illegal demonstrations, propaganda, and public speeches are not allowed.
      -Begging and lottery games are not allowed.
      -Peddling or public presentation aiming marketing is not allowed.
      -It is not allowed to behave against general code of ethics.
      -It is forbidden to damage the railways, catanery posts, signalization system hardware, equipment, sitting units, etc. of ESTRAM property.
      -Avoiding the operation of the doors is not allowed.
      -It is not allowed to consume alcohol and tobacco products in the trams.
      -No animals are allowed in the trams.
    7.Those who do not obey the rules in Article 6 are taken out of the vehicle on the following platform by the security officers and are taken to law enforces in order to start the legal procedures.
    8.The handicapped citizens, old people, pregnant women or those with infants are given place, and have priority while getting into or out of the tram.
    9.During the inspections, if passengers without tickets or passengers who have not validated their tickets are detected, a penalty of 20 times full-fare ticket price is fined. This penalty can be increased by UKOME if considered necessary.
    10.During the inspections, if passengers who travel using the pass cards or discount cards of somebody else; or passengers who use counterfeit cards are detected, their cards are impounded and also a penalty of 50 times the full-fare ticket price is fined. This penalty can be increased by UKOME if considered necessary.
    11.Single-use tickets must be kept throughout the travel, in order to show to the personnel in charge at controls.

    1.At platforms and inside the vehicle; explosive, flammable and combustible substances are not allowed; it is not allowed to travel with such substances.
    2.No fluent, fragile, liquids or powders are allowed inside the vehicle unless packed properly and safely.
    3.Passengers carrying suspicious packages are not allowed to enter the platforms and the trams; the suspicious package is secured and situation is reported to the law enforcements by the personnel in charge.
    4.The emergency brakes, emergency egress devices, the handicapped buttons can not be used out of their purposes.
    5.While the tram approaches the platforms, accessing the tramway line, attempting to cross to the other side is forbidden and dangerous.
    6.All travelers are obliged to obey the warnings of the ESTRAM personnel aiming to regularize the flow of travelers, ensure safety, and interfere to the emergency cases; for the sake of others and their own.
    7.The passengers are not allowed to take packages, parcels, etc. that can hinder the movement of passengers into the vehicle, except for the handheld (up to 25 kg) luggage.
    8.Among the tramway line, the vehicles other than trams are not allowed to park, including the cases of dispatching goods.
    9.On the tramway lines, using wheelchair, baby car, bicycle, skate board, etc., parking and using of all kinds of vehicles is forbidden.

    2.Refer to BİLEM for your questions about the electronic ticket system.
    3.Deliver the found property and articles to the security personnel on the platforms.
    4.The found property is sent to "BİLEM" Center the next day by the security personnel who receive the property.
    5.The found property is returned to the owner against a receipt. The found articles delivered to the lost-property-office are kept for one year. The articles like food or drink that can not be kept for a long time are delivered to charities or destroyed at the end of the day, signing a protocol.
    6.Our passengers are insured within the scope of individual accident insurance.
