ESTRAM, which had started services on the date 24.12.2004, keeps on its work for educating and informing the public. Up to date, we have arranged many informative activities for hundred thousands of citizens - mostly at primary schools - introducing ESTRAM and teaching its rules. Our activities for our citizens to get most beneficial use of ESTRAM - most modern and comfortable transportation system of the era - are going on without break.

     During nine practices, arranged for procedures to be applied in case of an accident and for the purpose of a healthier system, every possibility is considered.
     The practices, made under the supervision of authorities and experts, were realized according to the procedures.
     In addition to all these activities, a work for new introduction CD has been started. While reviewing the introduction CD which targets primary school students, preliminary studies for the future educational activities have started.
     Our educational and informative activities which are cooperated with BILEM, still continues.

     Giving priority to the primary schools at the city, we started preliminary educational activities with both handbills and introduction CDs. Additionally; we made one traffic teacher from each school participate our seminaries, so that the students could understand the modern and easy transportation system ESTRAM better. By the activities arranged at 101 primary schools targeting approximately 80.000 students, the children are made more conscious. In addition to the handbills that introduced ESTRAM and thought use of ESKART, adequate number of cartoon booklets prepared for children have been distributed.

     The principals of 36 secondary schools - three of which is private - have been spoken to and the total number of students has been detected. 63.000 handbills were delivered to the authorized teachers under the cognizance of the principals.

     Along with the primary and secondary schools, for the university students of both Anadolu University and Osmangazi University, the heads of departments were contacted. Approximately 10.000 handbills were distributed. Besides, the bills about ESTRAM have been posted to the bulletin boards of student services.

     100 personnel from the Police Department have been informed about the traffic rules of ESTRAM and procedures to follow in case of an accident, under the cognizance of Eskisehir Traffic District Supervisor . The handbills that introduced ESTRAM and thought use of ESKART have been distributed. At the activities which took place in ESTRAM Education Centre for a week, all the information regarding ESTRAM was given to police officers. Furthermore, adequate number of ESTRAM Educational Document have been delivered.

     Likewise, the education of 112 Emergency Service about the rules to be obeyed in case of an accident, was completed at ESTRAM Education Centre in two days. The handbills that introduced ESTRAM and thought use of ESKART have been distributed.

     Starting with the State Hospital, SSK Hospital, Air Force Hospital, Red Crescent and private hospitals have been distributed 11.000 handbills. To be put at the reach of citizens, they have been delivered to the authorities. 17 downtown clinics have been visited. 1700 handbills to be distributed to our citizens have been delivered.

     41 district headmen have been visited, 10.000 handbills for adults, 2000 cartoon booklets for children have been distributed. Additionally, a general meeting has been held with the headmen at Eskisehir Metropolitan Municipality Conference Room.

     The rules that Fire Department should obey in case of a fire, have been told at ESTRAM Education Centre. All the questions of the personnel have been answered by the ESTRAM specialists. The handbills that introduced ESTRAM and thought use of ESKART have been distributed.

     Before the services started, the Mufti of Eskisehir gave support to our educational and informative activities by informing the community at Friday sermon.

     2000 handbills that introduced ESTRAM and thought use of ESKART have been distributed among division managers.
